Placement Fees
Long Term Positions
10%-15% of Annual Estimated Gross Compensation (Minimum $2500). Final placement fee will be determined after the initial consultation phone call and is based on resources needed to staff the position. This placement fee is applicable to all positions including but not limited to: full-time live out nanny, part-time live out nanny, nanny manager, family/personal assistant, mother’s helper, house manager, executive housekeeper, housekeeper, chef, domestic couple, etc.
Temporary Services and On Call Sitters (<12 months)
Agency Booking Fee - $38 per day (up to 12 hour shift)
Holiday Booking Fee - $50 per day
Hotel Booking Fee - $50 per day
Extended Temp more than 7 days - 15% of gross wages paid minimum $400
Caregiver Rate - $23 to $30 per hour depending on number of children and responsibilities
Baby Nurse / Newborn Care Provider - $45 per shift - reduced to $25 per shift after 7 nights of service (up to 12 hours)

The minimum assignment is 4 hours. Bookings less than 48 hours notice are subject to an additional $25 fee.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations after the caregiver has been confirmed are subject to agency booking fees.
If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours in advance, the four hour caregiver rate will be billed in addition to the booking fee.
